​RICOS is responsible for the environmental friendliness of its products. Therefore, we have decided to develop a new line of equipment on completely safe freon R290. The line of equipment will be from 8 kW to 1680 kW. 

At the moment, testing of a modular heat pump with a capacity of 140 kW is completed. This line allows for combining one to 12 units (from 140 to 1680 kW) into one system.

Heat pumps using R290 refrigerant offer advantages. Firstly, they highly efficient, providing excellent heating and cooling performance while consuming less energy. Additionally R290 is an environmentally friendly option, as it has a low global warming compared to traditional refrigerants. Moreover, these heat pumps operate quietly, making them suitable for residential areas. Lastly, they require less maintenance which can lead to long-term cost savings for homeowners.​​
